HTJS TRAUMA TEAM

about us
The Hospital Tuanku Ja’afar Seremban (HTJS) Trauma Team provides coordinated, multidisciplinary care for patients with major and life-threatening injuries, guiding them seamlessly through every phase of the trauma system—from the first point of contact to recovery and reintegration into the community.

Trauma care at HTJS begins with pre-hospital services and the Emergency & Trauma Department, ensuring rapid assessment, resuscitation, and early activation of the trauma response. Patients then progress to definitive care, which may include operative or non-operative management, supported by intensive care when required. Recovery continues through in-patient and out-patient trauma rehabilitation, with a strong emphasis on restoring function, independence, and quality of life.
